General League FAQs

How are teams put together?

Teams can be formed in two ways:

  1. Full Team Registration – Collect your roster and payment, then contact us directly.
  2. Individual Registration – Players register online and note which team they want to join, or we will place them on a team in the appropriate division.

Can my child play with friends or be on a specific team?

Yes! You can request this during registration and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
If you’d like to form a full team, please contact us for details.

Are there tryouts? How do I know if my child qualifies?

We do not have formal tryouts.
However, new players may be invited to an assessment session with one of our coaches. This helps us place players in the right division for their skill and experience level.

What can I expect during games?

  • Games are officiated by qualified referees and include scorekeeping.
  • Each game has two halves with a warm-up.
  • Spectators are welcome in the bleacher section of the gym.

How do I access the schedule?

How can I help?

We’re a community program and welcome all involvement!
You can help by volunteering as a:

  • Coach or assistant coach
  • Team parent
  • Scorekeeper

Who are the coaches?

Most coaches are volunteers who love the game and want to give back to the community.
Please show them respect and appreciation for donating their time and energy.
Parents who are interested in coaching are encouraged to join us—it’s a rewarding experience!

Can I contact the coaches directly?

Due to privacy policies, we can’t provide coach contact information.
Instead, we encourage teams to set up a group chat for parents, coaches, and players to stay connected.
